These operators implement ff_vector specific operators and handle the following operators from the
Ops family:
Compare: "==", "!=", "<", "<=", ">=", ">"
Logic: "&", "|", "!"
The operators require either x or y to be an ff_vector or both. In case either x or y is not an ff_vector,
the other object needs to be of length 1. Recycling is not implemented.
