store_coord

reapply_coord

<code>store_coord</code> stores coordinate information for pibblefit object
and can be reapplied with function <code>reapply_coord</code>. Some coordinate
systems are not useful for computation and this makes it simple keep 
returned object from computations in the same coordinate system as the input. 
(Likely most useful inside of a package)

Provides methods for fitting and inspection of Bayesian Multinomial Logistic Normal Models using MAP estimation
and Laplace Approximation as developed in Silverman et. Al. (2022) <https://www.jmlr.org/papers/v23/19-882.html>. Key functionality is implemented in C++ for
scalability. 'fido' replaces the previous package 'stray'.
