fct_unique

<code>fct_unique()</code> extracts the complete set of possible values from the
levels of the factor, rather than looking at the actual values, like
<code><a href="/link/unique()?package=forcats&version=1.0.0" data-mini-rdoc="forcats::unique()">unique()</a></code>.
<code>fct_unique()</code> only uses the values of <code>f</code> in one way: it looks for
implicit missing values so that they can be included in the result.

Helpers for reordering factor levels (including moving
specified levels to front, ordering by first appearance, reversing,
and randomly shuffling), and tools for modifying factor levels
(including collapsing rare levels into other, 'anonymising', and
manually 'recoding').
