eddy_correct

This function calls <code>eddy_correct</code> from FSL for 
DTI Processing

Wrapper functions that interface with 'FSL'
<http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/>, a powerful and commonly-used 'neuroimaging'
software, using system commands. The goal is to be able to interface with 'FSL'
completely in R, where you pass R objects of class 'nifti', implemented by
package 'oro.nifti', and the function executes an 'FSL' command and returns an R
object of class 'nifti' if desired.

eddy_correct function

<dl><dt>infile</dt>
<dd>input filename of 4D image.</dd>
<dt>outfile</dt>
<dd>Output filename</dd>
<dt>retimg</dt>
<dd>(logical) return image of class nifti</dd>
<dt>reference_no</dt>
<dd>Set the volume number for the reference volume 
that will be used as a target to register all other volumes to. 
(default=0, i.e. the first volume)</dd>
