Usage

calcDCrit(Z, map, optiCrit = 2, pErr = 0.9, simplitol = 0.001)

Arguments

Z

zoning geometry (list pf SpatialPolygons)

map

object returned by function genMap

optiCrit

criterion choice

pErr

equality tolerance for distance calculations, default 0.9

simplitol

tolerance for spatial polygons geometry simplification, default 0.001

Value

a list with components

resD

list with uncorrected and corrected distance matrix

resCrit

list with criterion and cost values

Details

computes distances and criterion value for zoning Z
