<dd>An object of class <code>"glpkPtr"</code> as returned by
 <code>initProbGLPK</code>. This is basically a pointer to a GLPK problem
 object.</dd> <dt>i</dt>
<dd>Replace the <code>i</code>-th row of the constraint matrix of the specified
 problem object.</dd> <dt>len</dt>
<dd>Number of new row elements.</dd> <dt>ind</dt>
<dd>Column indices of the new row elements.</dd> <dt>val</dt>
