gm_update_label_patch

Get a specific label by id and user_id. <code>update_label_patch</code> is identical to <code>update_label</code> but the latter uses <a href="https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc5789">HTTP PATCH</a> to allow partial update.
