print.linkage.all

Print a linkage.all object, made within ibdreg. For the linkage test,
print the test statistic, degrees of freedom, and pvalue at the
position with the smallest pvalue.

Method to test genetic linkage with covariates by
regression methods with response IBD sharing for relative
pairs.  Account for correlations of IBD statistics and
covariates for relative pairs within the same pedigree.
