check.whatmap

Either a <code>kohonen</code> object from <code>supersom</code>, or a
    list of data matrices that can be used as input data for <code>supersom</code>.

An indication of a subset of the data; either by naming
    the elements, or giving indices. If <code>whatmap</code> equals NULL, no
    selection is performed.

whatmap

Not meant to be called directly by the user.

classif

Functions to train supervised and self-organising maps (SOMs). Also interrogation of the maps and prediction using trained maps are supported. The name of the package refers to Teuvo Kohonen, the inventor of the SOM.
