auc: AUC

Description

Compute area under the ROC curve

Usage

auc(ss)

Arguments

ss

Matrix with two columns (1-specificities, sensitivities). It can be simply the output of roc function

Value

A scalar with the AUC.

Details

Area under the ROC curve.
