rowCumsums: Cumulative sums, products, minima and maxima for each row (column) in a matrix

Description

Cumulative sums, products, minima and maxima for each row (column) in a matrix.

Usage

rowCumsums(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

colCumsums(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

rowCumprods(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

colCumprods(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

rowCummins(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

colCummins(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

rowCummaxs(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

colCummaxs(x, rows = NULL, cols = NULL, dim. = dim(x), ...)

Arguments

x
rows, cols

A vector indicating subset of elements (or rows and/or columns) to operate over. If NULL, no subsetting is done.

dim.

An integer vector of length two specifying the dimension of x, also when not a matrix.

...

Not used.

Value

Returns a numeric NxK matrix of the same mode as x.
