random_structure_bivph

Generates random parameters <code>alpha</code>, <code>S11</code>, <code>S12</code>, and <code>S22</code>
of a bivariate phase-type distribution of dimension <code>p = p1 + p2</code>.

Tools for phase-type distributions including the following variants:
continuous, discrete, multivariate, in-homogeneous, right-censored, and regression.
Methods for functional evaluation, simulation and estimation using the
expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm are provided for all models.
