Performs a profile alignment (with MAFFT) of the sequences selected by <code><a rd-options="" href="/link/stepD?package=megaptera&version=1.0-0" data-mini-rdoc="megaptera::stepD">stepD</a></code> along a taxonomy build with <code>stepA</code>.


Given a set of taxa and marker, the goal is build a complete and correct sequence alignment for phylogenetic analysis.
