a filename relative to <code>fpath</code>

a directory. Usually the default will do.

fpath

<code>load.refdb</code> is like <code>load</code>, but automatically calls <code><a href="/link/setup.mcache?package=mvbutils&version=2.2.0" rd-options="" data-mini-rdoc="mvbutils::setup.mcache">setup.mcache</a></code> to create access arrangements for cached objects. You probably don't need to call it directly.

Hierarchical workspace tree, per-object lazy-loading, code editing and backup, sourcing, easy documentation (formal and informal), easy package preparation, editing of "live" packages, macro functions, and miscellaneous utilities. Needed by debug package.
