plot.neat: Plot method of neat

Description

plot method for class "neat".

Usage

# S3 method for neat
plot(x, nbreaks = 10, ...)

Value

An histogram showing the distribution of p-values and a p-p plot comparing the distribution of p-values to the uniform distribution.

Arguments

x

An object of class "neat"

nbreaks

Number of breaks to be used in the histogram (default is 10)

...

Further arguments passed to or from other methods
