over_stat function

A <code>array</code>containing <code>matrices</code> of the percent overlap for each group
used in Bayesian estimates of \(\mu\) and \(\Sigma\) using
Normal-Inverse-Wishart (NIW) priors calculated in <code>niw.post()</code>.
