Description

Returns a list of IDs of transcripts (i.e. transcript names) that include the given participant.

Usage

getTranscriptIdsWithParticipant(labbcat.url, id)

Value

A list of transcript IDs

Arguments

labbcat.url

URL to the LaBB-CAT instance

id

A participant ID
