<p>Pour the content of a docx file in the resulting docx
generated by the main R Markdown document.</p>

Format function for converting from an 'R Markdown' document to an 'Microsoft Word' document.
A set of macro is provided to let users add sections, break pages, table of contents and
several other formatting features. The function is handling also tables created with package 'flextable'
that contains images.
