<p>add a seqfield as a chunk output in an R
Markdown document. A seqfield is a placeholder for data
that can change, and it instructs Word to insert computed
values into a document automatically.</p>

Format function for converting from an 'R Markdown' document to an 'Microsoft Word' document.
A set of macro is provided to let users add sections, break pages, table of contents and
several other formatting features. The function is handling also tables created with package 'flextable'
that contains images.
