isEFOBranchRoot: Returns true if term is the branch root in EFO

Description

Returns true if term is the branch root in EFO. Function specific for EFO.

Usage

isEFOBranchRoot(object1,object2)

Arguments

instance of the Ontology class
object2
instance of the OntologyTerm class

Returns true or false
