searchTerm: Searches term by its name in ontology

Description

Searches the term by its name in the ontology. Returns list of term's accessions.

Usage

searchTerm(object,id)

Arguments

object
instance of the Ontology class
id
term's name or part of the name

Value

Returns list of accessions
