<dd>[required] A description for the security group.
Constraints: Up to 255 characters in length
Valid characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, spaces, and
._-:/()#,@[]+=&amp;;{}!$*</dd>
<dt>GroupName</dt>
<dd>[required] The name of the security group.
Constraints: Up to 255 characters in length. Cannot start with <code>sg-</code>.
Valid characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, spaces, and
._-:/()#,@[]+=&amp;;{}!$*</dd>
<dt>VpcId</dt>
<dd>The ID of the VPC. Required for a nondefault VPC.</dd>
<dt>TagSpecifications</dt>
<dd>The tags to assign to the security group.</dd>
<dt>DryRun</dt>
<dd>Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without
actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have
the required permissions, the error response is <code>DryRunOperation</code>.
Otherwise, it is <code>UnauthorizedOperation</code>.</dd></dl>
