ec2_delete_launch_template_versions function

<dl><dt>DryRun</dt>
<dd>Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without
actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have
the required permissions, the error response is <code>DryRunOperation</code>.
Otherwise, it is <code>UnauthorizedOperation</code>.</dd>
<dt>LaunchTemplateId</dt>
<dd>The ID of the launch template.
You must specify either the launch template ID or the launch template
name, but not both.</dd>
<dt>LaunchTemplateName</dt>
<dd>The name of the launch template.
You must specify either the launch template ID or the launch template
name, but not both.</dd>
<dt>Versions</dt>
<dd>[required] The version numbers of one or more launch template versions to delete.
You can specify up to 200 launch template version numbers.</dd></dl>
