actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have
the required permissions, the error response is <code>DryRunOperation</code>.
Otherwise, it is <code>UnauthorizedOperation</code>.</dd>

<dd>[required] Indicates whether the rule is an egress rule.</dd>
<dt>NetworkAclId</dt>
<dd>[required] The ID of the network ACL.</dd>
