Sets the state of a KMS key to disabled. This change temporarily prevents use of the KMS key for <a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/kms/latest/developerguide/concepts.html#cryptographic-operations">cryptographic operations</a>.

Specify the key ID or key ARN of the KMS key.
