v_replace_hinges

Overwriting spectral data with interpolated values at wavelengths values
containing bad data is needed when cleaning spectral data.
This function differs from <code>insert_hinges()</code> in that it returns a vector
of <code>y</code> values instead of a <code>tibble</code>.
