plot.subt: 3D Scatter Plot of Subsample Sizes and P-value Density at One.

Description

This function generates a 3d scatter plot for objects of class subt, typically resulting from calling the function subt.

Usage

# S3 method for subt
plot(x,y,rgl=TRUE,...)

Arguments

x

the subt object.

y

the same as rgl. If not missing, it overrides rgl.

rgl

logical, specifying whether or not the plot3d in the rgl package is used. If FALSE, scatterplot3d will be used.

...

other arguments to be passed to either plot3d, or scatterplot3d.

Value

an invisible(NULL). Used for side effects only.
