afsis_regroup

A data frame containing an example re-grouping structure for the <code>afsis</code>
reference library, which results in a slightly coarser description of clay
minerals and Fe/Ti-(hydr)oxides in <code>powdRfps</code> or <code>powdRafps</code> objects
when used with <code>regroup()</code>.

Full pattern summation of X-ray powder diffraction data as
described in Chipera and Bish (2002) <doi:10.1107/S0021889802017405> and
Butler and Hillier (2021) <doi:10.1016/j.cageo.2020.104662>.
Derives quantitative estimates of crystalline and amorphous phase
