Fast computation of sweep(X, MARGIN = 2, FUN = "/", STATS = scale)

Usage

rowScale_cpp(X, scale)

Arguments

A matrix.

scale

a numeric vector of length equal to the number of rows of x

Value

A matrix of same size as X.
