get_correlations

Calculate the correlation between different metrics for a data.frame of
scores as produced by <code>score()</code>.

scoring

Facilitate the evaluation of forecasts in a convenient
framework based on data.table. It allows user to to check their forecasts
and diagnose issues, to visualise forecasts and missing data, to transform
data before scoring, to handle missing forecasts, to aggregate scores, and
to visualise the results of the evaluation. The package mostly focuses on
the evaluation of probabilistic forecasts and allows evaluating several
different forecast types and input formats. Find more information about the

get_correlations function

<dl><dt>scores</dt>
<dd>An object of class <code>scores</code> (a data.table with
scores and an additional attribute <code>metrics</code> as produced by <code>score()</code>).</dd>
<dt>metrics</dt>
<dd>A character vector with the metrics to show. If set to
<code>NULL</code> (default), all metrics present in <code>scores</code> will be shown.</dd>
<dt>...</dt>
<dd>Additional arguments to pass down to <code><a href="/link/cor()?package=scoringutils&version=2.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="scoringutils::cor()">cor()</a></code>.</dd></dl>
