split_rules

This function is the left-inverse of `combine_rules`, i.e.
<code>split_rules(combine_rules(rs, group)) = rs</code> for any variable `group`.
It is created to facilitate the addition or removal of rewriting rules.

Creates static / animated / interactive visualisations embeddable
in R Markdown documents. It implements an R-to-JavaScript transpiler and
enables users to write JavaScript applications using the syntax of R.
