Creates a DataFrame for the given length.

<dd>The desired length of the sequence.</dd>
<dt>repartition</dt>
<dd>The number of partitions to use when distributing the
data across the Spark cluster.</dd>
<dt>type</dt>
<dd>The data type to use for the index, either <code>"integer"</code> or <code>"integer64"</code>.</dd></dl>
