Value

A numeric vector.

Arguments

x

A \(m \times p\) numeric matrix of count data (absolute frequencies, i.e. a contingency table).

...

Currently not used.

Details

This assumes that the order of the matrix rows (from \(1\) to \(n\)) follows the progression along the gradient/transect.
