xmu_data_missing: Drop rows with missing definition variables

Description

Definition variables can't be missing. This function helps with that.

Usage

xmu_data_missing(
  data,
  selVars,
  sep = NULL,
  dropMissingDef = TRUE,
  hint = "data"
)

Value

• data with missing rows dropped

Arguments

data

The dataframe to check for missing variables

selVars

The variables to check for missingness

sep

A sep if this is twin data and selVars are baseNames (default NULL)

dropMissingDef

Whether to drop the rows, or just stop (TRUE)

hint

info for message to user ("data")
