The 2 primary colors are
"UCI blue" (defined as PMS 7685, CMYK 93/73/11/1, RGB 0/100/164, or HEX #0064a4), and

uci_1 uses the HEX color definitions.
The primary color palette should be used on all design and marketing materials, both internally and externally.
