use_namespace

If <code>roxygen</code> is <code>TRUE</code> generates an empty <code>NAMESPACE</code> that exports nothing;
you'll need to explicitly export functions with <code>@export</code>. If <code>roxygen</code>
is <code>FALSE</code>, generates a default <code>NAMESPACE</code> that exports all functions
except those that start with <code>.</code>.
