effect_counts_items

Performs a goodness-of-fit test and calculates the Gini coefficient for each item.
The goodness-of-fit-test is calculated using <code>stats::<a href="/link/chisq.test?package=volker&version=2.1.0" data-mini-rdoc="volker::chisq.test">chisq.test</a></code>.

effect_counts_items function
