<code>vpr_autoid_read</code>

An oceanographic data processing package for analyzing and visualizing Video
Plankton Recorder data.  This package was developed at 'Bedford Institute of Oceanography'.
Functions are designed to process automated image classification output and create organized and
easily portable data products.

A dataframe with 13 variables<dl>
<dt>roi</dt>
<dd>Unique ROI identifier - 8 digit</dd><dt>categories</dt>
<dd>For each category name (eg. bad_image_blurry, Calanus, krill), there is a line in the dataframe representing the number of ROIs identified in this category</dd><dt>time_ms</dt>
<dd>Time stamp when ROI was collected (milliseconds)</dd>
