pc_synonyms: Search synonyms in pubchem

Description

Search synonyms using PUG-REST, see https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.

Usage

pc_synonyms(query, from = "name", interactive = 0, verbose = TRUE,
  arg = NULL, ...)

Arguments

query

character; search term.

from

character; type of input, can be one of 'name' (default), 'cid', 'sid', 'aid', 'smiles', 'inchi', 'inchikey'

interactive

numeric; if > 0 an interactive mode is entered to pick one of the x displayed synonyms. The number specifies how many synonyms are displayed.

verbose

logical; should a verbose output be printed on the console?

arg

character; optinal arguments like 'name_type=word' to match individual words.
