integrateAlpha: Numerically Integrate Alpha-Cut Bounds

Description

Integrates numerically a transformed or weighted lower or upper alpha-cut bound of a fuzzy number.

Usage

# S4 method for FuzzyNumber,character,numeric,numeric
integrateAlpha(object, which=c("lower", "upper"),
   from=0, to=1, weight=NULL, transform=NULL, ...)

# S4 method for DiscontinuousFuzzyNumber,character,numeric,numeric integrateAlpha(object, which=c("lower", "upper"), from=0, to=1, weight=NULL, transform=NULL, ...)

Arguments

object

a fuzzy number

which

one of "lower", "upper"

from

numeric

to

numeric

...

additional arguments passed to integrate or integrate_discont_val

weight

a function or NULL

transform

a function or NULL

Value

Returns a single numeric value.
