MakeSparse: Make object sparse

Description

Converts stored data matrices to sparse matrices to save space. Converts [e-mail] and object@data to sparse matrices.

Usage

MakeSparse(object)

Arguments

Seurat object

Value

Returns a seurat object with data converted to sparse matrices.
