bitmut: Bit Flip Mutation

Description

The Bit Flip Mutation operator converts the bit at a randomly selected point to its allele.

This operator is used on binary encoded chromosomes.

Usage

bitmut(y, ...)

Arguments

y

A vector. Chromosome of the offspring

Further arguments passed to or from other methods.

Value

mutant

A vector. Chromosome of the offspring

mutgen

The number of the mutated gene.
