insmut: Insertation Mutation

Description

SM is inserted back in a different place into the chromosome by removing a randomly selected gene from the chromosome.

This operator is used in problems with permutation encoding.

Usage

insmut(y, ...)

Arguments

y

A vector. Chromosome of the offspring

Further arguments passed to or from other methods.

Value

mutant

A vector. Chromosome of the offspring

mutgen

The number of the mutated gene.

mutpoint

The number of inserted location of the mutated gene.
