umx (version 4.0.0)

xmu_extract_column: Get on or more columns from mzData or regular data.frame

Description

same effect as df[, col] but works for mxData() and check the names are present

Usage

xmu_extract_column(data, col, drop = FALSE)

Arguments

data

mxData or data.frame

col

the name(s) of the column(s) to extract

drop

whether to drop the structure of the data.frame when extracting one column

• column of data
